In the app
- Open Winter6 and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Account & records at the bottom of the app.
- Tap Delete all account records, then Confirm deletion.
This deletes your practices, goals, counts, journals, contact details and subscription associations.
By email
If you can't open the app, email evelyn_ps@hotmail.com from the email address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your Winter6 account. Include only what we need to find your account.
What is kept
To prevent repeated trial claims and to verify payments, deletion keeps a one-way digest of your email, the one-time trial record, any referral binding and the payment/reward ledger. Your email, personal practice and marketing contact details are deleted. Infrastructure logs and backups follow our providers' policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your records does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it in Google Play first. Your Google account is not affected.
